Black screen after downloading mod mneu

So basicly after finising the download for SkyrimSE I took to the mod page before anything else downloading all the mods I wanted that were out already basicly downloading around 18 of them in one go. To my surprise I found out I was stuck on the loading screen that you get after downloading a mod and exiting from the mod page but it wouldn't stop. So I did what anyone else would and closed the game via task manager and then restarted my computer.

If the game works fine prior to installing these mods, you have your answer to the problem. Suprisingly after getting mods to work with f4se the vanilla game also started without black screen. Actually I was wrong: Through Nexus mod manager I have to spam the start with f4se button for long before the game starts
